The aim of this project is to develop a medically useful input API for the VirZOOM bicycle. The API allows developers to export useful exercise metrics according to the FHIR standard, facilitating the development of virtual reality games for use in medical applications such as physiotherapy.
FHIR Visualization, UCL
The aim of this project is to develop a lifestyle and wellbeing data dashboard which sources it’s data from a FHIR compliant database. This will allow users to aggregate their lifestyle data from proprietary formats into a single system – and the use of the FHIR compliant format allows for future extensions to allow sharing lifestyle data straight to medical practitioners, who might then use the extra data to provide more accurate diagnoses.
Analysing the Effect of Activities and Step Count on Sleep Patterns,
The aim of this project is to develop a web platform to pull data from Fitbit and convert the data into a FHIR compliant format. Performing analysis on the data will enable the vizualization of the correlation between activities performed and sleep patterns.
